Error 998

This error means that the parsing engine cannot recognize the Position Title on a Job Order. To fix this, place the phrase “Position Title: ….” with the actual position title after it on a seperate line on the document you are attempting to parse in as a new job.
Example:
Position Title: Tax Accountant
Job description here, more job description here. More info about the job order and all the requirements here. Etc…
Also, as a general rule of thumb, it’s best to remove ALL formatting from any Job Order or Resume you are attempting to parse into Sendouts. This will allow the parsing engine to more easily read and interpret the document.
