Do my existing Candidates have log-ins to my Webconnect site?

YES!

When a CN is created in Sendouts, a randomly generated Username and Password will automatically be assigned.  To locate this information, take the following steps:

  • Navigate to the CN record you would like to see the login information for
  • Right-click and select Security
  • Enter your password
  • The Security box will open
  • You’ll be able to see the Username and change the Password

To quickly communicate this Login information with your CN’s, create an Email Merge consisting of the Username and Password merge fields.  To learn more about how to use our Email Merge, click HERE
